We Need Your Help Again!

We all know how important it is that every child at Aintree Davenhill is a reader. So much of the  children’s learning in other subjects in KS2 is linked to reading. We are working really hard in school to prioritise reading but the truth is that we cannot ensure that all our children are good readers without your help at home. We know that life is extremely busy but all the staff at Aintree Davenhill would ask for your help in hearing your child reading  regularly at home. We can guarantee that it will make so much difference to your child. Thank you.

Summer Uniform

A reminder about our Summer uniform if you would like for your child to wear a ‘warm weather’ alternative:

· Mid grey shorts

· Pale blue and white gingham school dress

· White socks

· Summer hat or baseball cap

· Continue to wear black shoes with no heel or plain black trainers.

Please be aware that white trainers, white pumps and sandals are not part of the  Summer uniform.

The only jewellery children should be wearing for school is a watch and a pair of stud earrings.

Children should not wear nail varnish or wear acrylic nails for school.

Please send a message via class dojo to school office if your child would like to change their meal pattern for this day. Thank you
