End of Year Reports

End-of-Year Reports

You will receive a written report for your child on Thursday 4 July 2024. Year 6 children’s reports will be sent out a little later when we have received the results of the Year 6 SATs so that we can share the information along with the reports (these are not due until the 9 July).

EYFS reports will include a written commentary for each of the prime areas. When commenting about Personal, Social and Emotional Development and Communication and Language, teachers will include information about a child's behaviour and how they are generally in the school. They will also report their teacher assessment and effort using the same colour coding as KS1 and KS2 for the prime areas. Reporting on reading, writing and maths remains the same as KS1 and KS2.

KS1 and KS2 reports will provide you with information about your child’s achievement in reading, writing, grammar, punctuation and spelling, and maths. It will also provide an update regarding your child’s behaviour and attendance and will contain a general comment from the teacher.

If you wish to discuss any issues within the report, you’ll be able to arrange a meeting with your child’s class teacher.
