For the majority of us, holidays are a time to have fun, relax, explore and spend time with family and friends, but for some children and their family’s school holidays can be a worrying time. Families entitled to free school meals get no extra support to feed their children during school holidays and can often face difficult financial choices.
We have teamed up with South Sefton Foodbank once again to collect non-perishable items that will go to people in need. On Wednesday 10 July, we would be grateful if your child could bring in any of the following items:
In exchange for making a donation, children can come to school in their own clothes on Wednesday 10 July (Year 2’s who are on a trip that day should bring in their donation on Wednesday but must wear school uniform. They can wear their own clothes on Thursday 11 July instead).
Thank you for your support.
